Secret Product Returns
Please carefully review the information provided on this page, intended to assist you in correctly registering a return request for one or more products. All returns are processed via email. For returns of products purchased from Msecret to be accepted, it is essential that they are in the same condition as they were delivered: products must not show signs of damage, wear or washing, must not have stains or tears, and all original labels and seals must be intact.
Given the specific nature of the products we sell, we reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet these strict acceptance conditions. A returned product that cannot be resold as new will not be accepted, as it could compromise the health of future buyers. Please note that returning a product without its label and seal cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Products selected in the return form must be handed over in full to the courier, in the same form and condition as they were received, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Otherwise, the return request will be rejected. In the event that products different from those mentioned in the completed form are included in the return package, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance and registration of the return. The respective products will be returned to the client at their expense.
Product categories that cannot be returned:
For hygiene reasons and to protect consumer health, certain product categories are not eligible for return. These include underwear, swimwear, and earrings, as their subsequent handling and wearing could compromise the safety and health of new buyers. This restriction is in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014, art. 16, lit. e).Products made to customer-provided measurements
Call Fan Courier to arrange for a courier to pick up the products you wish to return (shipping will be paid by the buyer). Specify the pick-up address and destination address found in the form.Before returning any product, you must send a notification email to msecretbusiness@gmail.com. The refund for the returned products will be made within 14 days.
Important aspects to remember if you send us products that do not meet the return conditions:
We reserve the right to apply penalties or refuse the return of products and the corresponding refund in the following situations:
1. Products have been worn or have inappropriate odors: In this case, a 100% penalty will be applied, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Products no longer have the seal attached or the labels are torn: In this situation too, a 100% penalty will be applied, and the product will be shipped back to the customer, also at their expense.
According to GEO no. 34/2014, the company reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which can degrade or deteriorate rapidly.
